About Saurabh

I born and bought in Varanasi and I had done my schooling from here and after that I moved for my JOB towards Delhi/NCR (Capital of INDIA). 

I have started my career with a LTD. company as APTECH in 2007 and time to time move ahead for my career growth. From starting I always look forward for my designation growth instead of salary increase because I wish to lead the team instead of just becoming an employee. So I always move ahead for a new designation with my new achieved knowledge. I always learn more and more with my senior and colleagues. Some times juniors also made a source of knowledge and I never feel shame to gain words with them.

My industry is an IT industry and in this industry everyone makes them self so competitive with their knowledge to get higher position. I always want to see my self above of the above and for the same, I have always tried my level best with my full of zeal and knowledge. I had worked with many companies in NCR (Delhi-Noida) after getting lots of industry knowlegde, I had decided to work for my own Brand in which I wish to offer jobs to people for my organization and distribute salary from my end.

Now; I am running an small size IT company with name - Your Dream Technologies in Varanasi and Noida from 2015. Additionally; I have started a new startup with Name - "The First Coder" from 2018 in Noida and another "The Hastag Marketing" in Chatsworth, California. I am running other more businesses with an NGO with name - "Helping Hands".

Many concern is there with another another peoples because every one thinking is different and for better process you must need to think in right direction and always do that thing which you can do. Do with confidence but never move with over confidence. So Here My suggestion for all my friends and colleagues that do your best and achieve your best!
